Hourly Break-Fix Program
When your business experiences a technology related
productivity interruption, you call or email our dispatcher, they collect
information about your situation, schedule the next available regular
business hours service appointment and dispatch the service call to the next
available skill-set compatible technician. Our technician will contact your
office to confirm the time and date of service call prior to making the
visit. Upon arrival, our technician will access the situation and provide an
estimate for the time required to resolve the issue. If you accept the
service asessment, you will only be billed for the time our technician
spends at your office, we do not charge our clients for travel time if we do
the work.
Block Hours Program
Our Block Hours Program functions exactly like the Hourly
Break-Fix Program, except our clients experience exceptional savings by
purchasing hours ahead of time for a substantial discount over our standard
hourly rate. Following the completion of any service call, you will be
provided a statement showing amount of hours used, description of work
performed and balance of remaining hours.
